Responsibilities:
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our affordable housing community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead with Excellence:
Supervise on-site personnel, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring the seamless operation of the community.

Collaborate effortlessly with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders, building strong relationships along the way.

Oversee the maintenance of the physical asset, adhering to specifications and safety regulations, and conducting thorough inspections.

Stay ahead of the market by implementing marketing strategies, reviewing rental applications, and enhancing leasing programs for maximum success.
Rent Like a Pro:
Guide rent collection processes and determine competitive rental rates based on your market expertise.
Financial Wizardry:
Handle financial matters adeptly, including approving payments and monitoring expenditures while adhering to company policies.

2 years of Property Management
Experience:
You have a proven track record in property management, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
Section 42 (IRS) and/or Project-Based Section 8
Experience:
Familiarity with affordable housing programs is essential.
Fair Housing Practices:
You possess a deep understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.
Tax Credit and/or HUD Compliance:
Experience in maintaining compliance with tax credit and HUD regulations.
Resident Interaction:
Previous experience in resident interactions is strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills:
You are a natural leader, capable of supervising on-site personnel and fostering a positive work environment.
